Objectifs de la formation
UTA enables participants to :
- Strengthen a common aviation culture and develop the sector's human capital
- Prepare executives and high-potentials for higher responsibilities
- Build breeding grounds and enhance professional careers within the European Ecosystem
- Promote industry-wild, unprecedented learning in management and teamwork within a sector undergoing a geopolitical, economic, societal, environmental, technical and digital change

Prérequis
Description
The UTA training programme consists of six modules, which are delivered in different countries, primarily across Europe.
- Module 1 - Understanding the ecosystem
- Module 2 - Connecting Stakeholders and the Air Transport Value Chain
- Module 3 - Challenging the Future of Global Aviation
- Module 4 - Experiencing the Airport as a Living Ecosystem
- Module 5 - Risk Anticipation, Safety and Resilience
- Module 6 - Influencing and Shaping the Future of European Aviation
Modalités pédagogiques
The program combines executive-level teaching with keynote speakers, interactive round tables, case studies, and collaborative work. These learning activities are complemented by learning expeditions and opportunities for direct engagement with industry and institutional leaders.
Each module also includes two evening cocktail receptions, providing participants with the opportunity to engage with guest speakers in an informal setting.
To immerse participants in the local environment and culture of the host country, cultural activities and outings are also organized.
Finally, inter-module sessions are delivered through webinars, enabling participants to maintain continuity and deepen their learning between modules.
