Objectifs de la formation
- Appreciate the reasons for the transition from AIS to AIM, and the global strategy framed by ICAO (GANP).
- Define SWIM, the needs for service orientation and the expected benefits,
- Understand how digitalization can contribute to advanced ATM concepts (such as CDM, ATFCM...),
- Have a clear picture of the different projects and challenges to reach TBO (new concepts such as FF-ICE, flight objects, dynamic airspace management...)
Prérequis
Basic ATM knowledge
Description
The training is structured around the following themes :
A changing environment:
- Explain the needs for digitalization
- Contextualise digitalization in the global strategy (GANP...)
- Understand the PBN context: trigger for higher data quality
The AIS to AIM transition phases:
- Detail the different steps of the 3 phases to go AIM
Information sharing :
- SWIM overview, information sharing A-CDM (and associated AMAN, DMAN...), CDM and FF-ICE,
- ATFCM and digitalization
- ASM challenges : new entrants, dynamic airspace management
- Towards Trajectory Based Management
Points forts
Provides a clear big picture of the future ATM possibilities empowered by digitalization
