This course deals with the RNP AR approaches criteria.
Prérequis
- Attendance of PBN course with Baro VNAV approaches is required
- Attendees should feel comfortable communicating in English.
Description
Focus :
- RNP AR approaches.
Theoretical lectures :
The course deals with:
- RNP AR requirements,
- Corrections applied for cold temperatures,
- General criteria from ICAO 9905,
- RNP AR approach,
- Coding.
Laboratory exercises :
Some practical exercises are proposed at the end of each main part.
Side lectures :
- AIRBUS' conference on avionics performance,

Air Airline operators OPS approval in France.
Assessment :
A formative assessment at the end of the training.
