Objectifs de la formation
Prepare an (experienced) air traffic controller to understand and apply all the required skills to take in charge supervisor and management functions in an OPS room and their different modes of practice. Training objectives : Develop managerial and relational aspects knowledge linked to the OPS room supervision Develop managerial knowledge of unusual situations Develop technical knowledge regarding the systems and procedures a supervisor will need to use

Points forts
To promote the sharing of experience with trainees, the course is delivered by two instructors: an ENAC training expert along with an operational ATC Supervisor working for DSNA, the French ANSP. Both have in mind their trainees are operational experts who need a course with a fair balance between theory and practical case study.
