Résumé
After completing this module, the student will be familiar with the basics of the services to be delivered on airports to the business aviation companies, pilots and customers.
Objectifs de la formation
After completing this module, you will be familiar with the basics of the services to be delivered on airports to the business aviation companies, pilots and customers.
You will be able to:
- Describe the different aircraft types, activities and business models of the Business Aviation;
- List the specific issues, needs and optional expectations of typical Business Aviation customers when being accommodated on airports;
- Understand the business model and services carried out by FBO companies;
- Carry out a review of the available infrastructure, installations, and services at any airport to assess the possibility to receive Business Aviation jets and serve its customers.
Prérequis
Being familiar with the air transport industry.
