Résumé/Summary

This module presents the current trends of Human Resource Management (HRM) and the airports' environment specificities from the point of view of the Manager and the candidate.

Objectifs de la formation

After completing this course, you will be able to:

    • Know the different career prospects in an airport;
    • Give methods of effective people management (internal communication, training process, skills management, etc.);
    • Understand the relation between “Social actors” and their impact on the Air Transport System;

After completing this course, you will be able to:

- Know the different career prospects in an airport;

- Be able to prepare oneself for airport human resources management in a cross-cultural context;

- Present the challenges of human resources management in small, regional and international airports;

- Understand the relations between airport operation partners and the impact of safety and security requirements on human resources management;

- Give methods of effective people management (internal communication, training process, skills management, conflict management, etc.).

Being familiar with the airport sector
